I have been really down lately, but because I like you guys so much, I realize that sometimes I should not post all my negative thoughts on here. There are so many of you that are going through worse things than me and the last thing you want to read about, is someone else going on and on about her problems.

I have started a new anitiative at home, that I am suppose to eat breakfast every morning. Most of you will probably think that this is a no brainer, but I do not like breakfast, it is my least favorite meal of the day, which is why most days I skip it. I think it will do wonders for my mood and maybe it will be good for my brain as well.

On the writing front, there is nothing new with me, unfortunately. But what are you guys up to?


  1. Are you not hungry right away in the morning, or is it that you don't like traditional breakfast food? Try other foods. Or, just yogurt, fruit & granola. I like that for a lighter breakfast. And, yes, you should have more energy if you start out with some good food!

  2. I don't like eating in the morning and I have a hard time figuring out what I am in the mood for that early. But I am definitely working on it. Thanks for the great food suggestions.

  5. If you need to moan and complain, we'll always be here to listen. Breakfast is a good meal to eat - or, at a push, if food is a no-no, what about a milkshake?

  6. Annalisa - Thank you. I guess sometimes one just needs to say what is bothering you. I will definitely try the milkshake suggestion, I will try anything to eat a regular breakfast. Thanks.
