1. If you
could have a super power what would it be?
I think super strength would be great. There are some
people I wouldn’t mind dropping a car or two on. (Just kidding!)

or Tea?
Neither, because both stain my teeth.

Black or grey, anything
dark.
4. Why did you start blogging?
I wanted to meet people who like writing as well and to share my writing with someone.

was your favorite teacher and why.
One of my college lecturers, because he genuinely cared
about my future.

your favorite author?
J.R.R. Tolkien

kind of music do you enjoy?
Rock
8. Do you have a favorite movie?Rock

9. What would be your dream vacation?
My family and our pets spending time together. The location doesn’t matter.
My sister’s chef salad with lots of fresh vegetables.
I love potatoes and fried things, not to mention that I have a terrible sweet tooth.
11 Random facts about myself
1. I tend to have a very short temper.
3. Most days I like animals more than people.
4. I tend to be a loner. I don’t know why, but I like my own
company.
5. I tend to worry about things, small or big. I am just a
natural worrier.
6. I have completed four books to date, but only one is in
submission condition.
7. I am afraid of people.
8. I can be a bit paranoid at times.
9. I don’t make friends easily.
10. I just recently started reading Stephen King’s books and I absolutely love his writing. He is rather straight forward, which is refreshing.
11. I listen to rock music to help me think. Something about
the style of music is rather calming to me. I know how crazy that must sound.

ReplyDelete1. Worst job - I was a youth worker at a level 12 adolescent residential facility in California. I hated it. I was called every cuss word in the book and was supposed to "discipline" gang members. That didn't happen. I quit after 4 weeks.
2. Favorite snack - salt & vinegar chips
3. Favorite TV series - the Golden Girls
4. I'd like to meet Betty White - I just love her.
5. If I was an animal, I would want to be my dog. He has it made.
6. I'm most grateful for my relationship with God, my husband and the beach.
7. I hate negativity - in people, in the media, in the world.
8. I include exercise in my weekly routine. Does that count?
9. I love animals. I cry when I see a stray and ask God to find him a home. If I lived on a ranch, I'd have hundreds of animals.

ReplyDeleteP.S. I can relate to a lot of your answers. I think most writers are loners. Sometimes I get a wild hair and yearn for company, but mostly I'm okay doing my own thing.
So glad you're enjoying Stephen King. Although I've had the pleasure of reading the works of several authors from a variety of genres, King's is the voice I love most. He seems to have an uncanny connection into the human psyche. What impresses me is the how well he transfers this knowledge on paper. Wish I had that kind of talent.
